Marketcall.ru Takes Part in Conference “Online Marketing in Real Estate”

On March 22, MarketCall.ru Co-Founder and CCO Alexander Duzhnikov participated in the conference “Online Marketing in Real Estate.” The event brought together experts who shared their experience and revealed online marketing innovations.  

Alexander talked about innovative PPC tools to generate target calls in real estate. 

During the first part of his speech, Alexander focused on online broker tool to recover lost calls. In the second part, he addressed the most common mistakes made by merchants when using MarketCall.ru. To boost performance, merchants should not:  

•forbid using or changing landings pages;

•forbid brand traffic;

• set too low call limits;

•set nonmarket prices for calls.

Finally, Alexander told the audience about the anti-fraud system developed by MarketCall.ru and the specifics of anti-fraud audit. The speaker explained how a company can detect fraud calls by itself or with the help of audit specialists. Plus, he shared the audit procedure used by MarketCall.ru.

Audit procedure includes:

•Exporting data from call tracking systems;

•Checking whether a phone number is in the base;

•Checking similarity of phone numbers;

•Analyzing statistical characteristics.  

Alexander wound up by sharing a real-life case involving a developer and giving some practical recommendations on generating calls through affiliate networks.
