MarketCall.Ru and Move.Ru Hold Shared Master Class at Real Estate Fair in St. Petersburg

On October 28-30, Real Estate Fair in St. Petersburg brought together the leading developers, advertising agencies, and real estate agencies. For 3 days, the exhibition featured stands by 300 companies and over 70 events, including an informative and useful master class from MarketCall.Ru and Move.Ru.

Real Estate Fair in St. Petersburg is the most anticipated event for hundreds of developers and other players of the real estate market. Traditionally held at “Expoforum” exhibition center, the Fair occupies the area of 11,000 square meters. This year, the event welcomed 30,000 visitors that examined offers from expo participants and learned plenty of useful information. For MarketCall.ru affiliates working in real estate industry, Real Estate Fair was a must to attend.

At MarketCall stand, our managers were happy to give visitors the insight into MarketCall.ru system. “Lost calls are a common problem for any call center. However, the problem has grown big enough to require action. In the current economic situation, losing up to 40% of incoming calls is a luxury one can’t afford. Concerned with this serious problem, we developed several solutions that proved effective,” said Alexander Duzhnikov.
